We take our holiday food and drink seriously at Burger Theory. There’s something wonderful about the seasonal flavors that only come out during the most special times of the year. That’s why we’ve spiced up our drink menu for the holidays. Take a look at five of our classic Burger Theory cocktails, then explore delicious ways to upgrade them for the season.

From Classic Martini To Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

A Classic Martini never gets boring and is perfect for any occasion. Our Burger Theory bartenders make Classic Martinis with your choice of Coppercraft Vodka or Gin, just a splash of M&R Dry Vermouth, and either olives or a lemon twist.

Martinis have become a cocktail mainstay because they’re endlessly adaptable. You can indulge your holiday sweet tooth with a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. Thanks to caffeine from real espresso, this drink is ideal for a seasonal brunch.

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 50 ml espresso, cooled
  • 50 ml Kahlua or other coffee liqueur of choice
  • 100 ml vodka
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

1. Combine caramel syrup, espresso, and sea salt in a cocktail shaker. Stir until combined.

2. Add coffee liqueur and vodka. Top with ice and shake until combined and frothy.

3. Strain mixture into two chilled martini glasses. Top with grated chocolate and enjoy.

From Pina Poma Martini To Winter Paloma

Our Pina Poma Martini is a delicious way to enjoy a taste of the tropics all year long. Combining the refreshing flavors of pomegranate and pineapple, we love this cocktail for its sweet taste and powerful impact. Our bartenders craft this drink using Smirnoff Pineapple Vodka, PAMA, pomegranate syrup, and pineapple juice.

Winter Paloma features citrus, pineapple, and other potent flavors to create a delicious punch perfect for any party. Make a pitcher of Winter Palomas before any holiday gathering and you’ll be the hit of the party.

Winter Paloma

Ingredients

  • Pineapple rings, canned in juice or fresh
  • 3/4 cup white sugar (If using fresh pineapple, 1 cup white sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Juice of two oranges
  • 1 tablespoon juniper berries
  • 1 cup gin
  • 1 cup red vermouth
  • 1 cup Campari
  • Ice to serve

Instructions

1. Caramelize pineapple rings in a non-stick pan. Dip fresh pineapple slices in sugar or pat canned pineapple rings dry. Melt coconut oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add pineapple slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from pan and completely cool on a tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Combine juniper berries, orange juice, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thickened; about 5 minutes.

3. Cool syrup to room temperature, then combine with gin, red vermouth, and Campari in a pitcher or punch bowl. Pour over ice and add pineapple rings as a garnish.

From Classic Cabernet To Warm Winter Wine

A rich Cabernet is a perfect finish to any day. The Burger Theory bartenders are always happy to pour you a glass! If you’re looking for a special drink that’s perfect for chilly nights, you can mull a bottle at home. This traditional method delivers classic flavors in a comfortingly warm cup.
